LoveYou Kickboxing introduced me to kick boxing and to a self that I didn’t know existed. Cheryl’s intentions of fitness in a welcoming and encouraging environment meant that I got to know myself and my capabilities in a whole knew way. I have gained a familiarity with muscles I didn’t even know I had and am much better aware of how to use my body for power. I feel stronger, mentally and physically and have enjoyed overcoming my self-imposed limits. This class was fun, energizing and full of a great bunch of women. Thank you, Cheryl!

I’ve been wanting to take a kickboxing class for a while but never mustered up the courage to actually register myself for a course. I finally took the plunge – and I’m very glad that I did! Not only did I have a very enthusiastic instructor who made class fun, but I learned some great kickboxing techniques and it was incredibly fun and such a great workout. The techniques I learned can also be used for self-defense and I just found this class to be an overall positive, inspiring and motivational course. I really looked forward to coming to each class and I will definitely continue with kickboxing in the future.

Kickboxing is exactly what I have been looking for! It is a great cardio workout as well as great for toning. Cheryl is a fabulous instructor and great motivator! I am loving the sense of accomplishment I feel when I leave her class!

Cheryl is one of those people who can bring the light side out in absolutely anything! She will have you groaning and laughing while you leapfrog across a gym! The support that I received during the class and after with my questions was super. I never felt uncoordinated or lacking in motivation as the energy in the class is so positive that you just deep going. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to try kickboxing for the first time or has taken other classes and given up. I am in better shape now than I was 7 short weeks ago.

Kickboxing with LoveYou Kickboxing has been a really great experience. I'm someone who enjoys working out (especially in a class environment) when I'm actually doing it, but sometimes have a hard time finding the motivation to get up and go. That's not an issue with kickboxing, it's the workout I actually look forward to. From the warm up to the stretch you push your limits, but the hour really just flies by! It's also a great stress reliever, I mean who doesn't like having the opportunity to kick and punch something every once in a while. I look forward to continuing.

I have always wanted to take a kickboxing class but I was worried that at 47 and overweight that it would be too hard for me. I found my courage and enrolled and I LOVE IT!!!! Cheryl brings out the best in the class by combining a tough (but doable) work out with lots of laughter and positive energy.
