MIXED LEVELS FITNESS KICKBOXING:
Fitness Kickboxing is a great way to tone your entire body and achieve an excellent cardiovascular workout. You get the best cardiovascular and resistance workout and learn valuable self defense skills in the process. Fitness kickboxing offers the opportunity to train like a real kick boxer, gaining all the benefits without having to get in the ring. The use of focus pads provides an amazing form of resistance training that builds lean muscle and increases bone density.
The class consists of a 60 minute workout with technique and safety being the priority. We always warm up and we always stretch at the end. Participants will notice an improvement in their over all flexibility.
The main portion of the class is partner based with partners alternating between the kick boxer (boxing gloves) and the pad holder position. Participants are taught punching, kicking and pad holding technique. Drills consist of different combinations and exercises and are usually time based (30 sec to 5 minutes) Ex: Jab-Jab-Cross-Duck- Round kick
The workouts are high energy and mirror the intensity of a fighter’s routine with no risk of getting hurt as sparring is not a part of the class. Relieve your frustrations from the day as you punch, kick, bob and weave your way into the best shape of your life!

LoveYou Kickboxing is a womenʼs fitness kickboxing program. By showing exercise modifications, I offer fun, challenging workouts for all fitness levels. 12oz gloves and focus mitts are supplied for class use. Part of the class is partner based, everyone hits and everyone holds. Participants will be taught correct punching and kicking technique as well as proper pad holding technique.The focus is on FITNESS & FUN. The first agreement is that we all agree to enjoy ourselves, otherwise whatʼs the point. I provide a safe and fun environment, itʼs never about punching as hard as you can. With proper technique the workout becomes challenging and efficient. Circuits will sometimes be implemented, using light weights, stability balls, skipping ropes, bosu balls and medicine balls.

Corporate Fitness Circuits: Mid-day fitness circuits 1to 2 times per week are extremely beneficial to the health and wellness of employees not to mention that productivity increases with mid-day exercise. Fitness Circuits are implemented and stations incorporate aspects of fitness kickboxing using gloves, focus mitts, bosu ball, stability ball, medicine ball, light weights, skipping ropes and more..
YOUTH CLASS: Youth Girls 12 to 15 (at 16 can join the ladies class)
As per all classes , technique is priority. Proper punching, kicking and pad holding will be taught to progress into combinations. The girls will get a great workout, increase self esteem, be challenged and have fun!

SCHOOL TEAM: LoveYou Kickboxing is mobile. Cheryl can come to the school gymnasium with gear in tow, or schedule a time at one of her current locations. Basketball team, Volleyball team, Youth Girls Group.. Create a fun motivating team building experience your team won’t forget!

Common Questions & Answers
Gear: 12 oz boxing gloves and focus pads are provided for class use. USE OF YOUR OWN GLOVES IS RECOMMENDED as boxing gloves are personal. Gear can be purchased from LoveYou Kickboxing.
Age of participants: 12 and up!
Refunds: Medical issues do arise, with a doctorʼs note a membership can be extended.
Hand wraps: Hand wraps are mandatory, they provide support for the wrist and small bones in the hands. Hand wraps can be purchased in class for $10.00.
Previous kickboxing experience: Previous kickboxing experience is not necessary, I will teach you everything you need to know.
Classes: Classes run out of six locations. With membership, participants can join appropriate classes at any location.
