If you are persistent you will get it. If you are consistent you will keep it.
Kerri has been coming to class consistently for over a year. A busy mom and junior high school teacher, she has definitely found hitting pads to be beneficial. Kerri is naturally helpful, often staying after class to help me pack up gear and haul it up 30 flights of stairs. She doesn't mind working with women new to class and gives them pointers, telling them that "we were all new at one point". Kerri comes to class to work and sweat, she is a pleasure to teach.
"I first joined LoveYou Kickboxing because I was looking for something different in my fitness routine. I had knee surgery and was no longer playing team sports so it was a chance to try something new that was also more of a social situation than just going to the gym.
The classes are fun, challenging, and always different. Cheryl is a great instructor who makes sure that everyone is engaged and feeling comfortable. She does a good job of making sure that class is challenging for everyone and that the participants are working within their comfort zone as well as their abilities.
LoveYou Kickboxing has allowed me to try something new and has given me the opportunity to be more social.
I would definitely encourage anyone who feels like they are stuck in a rut or bored with their routine to come out and try some classes; they are not only fun but challenging and empowering!
