LoveYou Kickboxing's Fly Girl!
First Love You
Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come.
I have the great fortune of seeing Cory in my class twice a week. She works hard, smiles easily and laughs at all my attempts at humor.
I believe when you really make your mind up to do something, your energy conspires with the universe to make it happen, and Cory is a perfect example.
Cory has set some impressive fitness goals and I feel very blessed that I have the opportunity to help her achieve them!
My friend Kim joined Love you Kickboxing and she told me how much fun she was having, all while getting in an awesome work out! She said there were days that she could barely move so I knew it must be a great work out and I really wanted to try it! After my first class, I realized that Kim was right!
Cheryl was very welcoming to my cousin and I, she made us feel very comfortable. We left knowing that we were hooked! I run two nights a week, every Sunday morning and I do boot camp on Saturday. I wanted to add another work out in to mix it up, and work other muscles. I loved the kick boxing class so much that my cousin and I went from one class a week to two.
I think my cousin Leanne and I motivate each other! We both joined at the same time and we have a lot of the same fitness goals. I have seen a lot of progress in myself since I started, and it pushes me to keep going.
Cheryl is also huge motivation for me as well! She is very passionate about the sport and very knowledgeable when it comes to the training. I get excited for each class to find out what she will be teaching us next!
I love the atmosphere in each class, we have fun while working out and never once have I felt intimidated.
I burn about 500 calories and leave all sweaty so I know I'm getting an awesome workout.
I feel stronger and more physically fit, plus I have dropped down in sizes.
I love that there are many classes a week so it is flexible for my schedule.
I started running a couple years ago and I have noticed a change in my endurance since I joined these classes.
It has been so beneficial for me in helping me reach my fitness goals.
Everyone gets into a rut from time to time but it's never too late to get out of it!
I believe that if you find your comfort zone... it's time to leave it! Try adding new things, set new goals and work your butt off to achieve them. Challenge your self! Once you start achieving your goals you will gain more confidence in your self which will motivate you more to keep going!
Don't be intimidated to try new new things, jump in with both feet and give it your all!! I read a motivation poster and it said "your body is the only place you have to live, so treat it right!"
Thank you Cory for being you, and doing what you do!
"I can only love you most when I love me best."
