It’s great that our company sponsors such activities because it's different from the usual sports. Different from doing weights, pilates or other activities. Fitness kickboxing helps with many other aspects other than fitness. It increases self awareness, self confidence, coordination and insight to the sport. I like that the classes are always different and challenging. The instructor is awesome, she is always willing to help with form to better your technique and she has a great sense of humor!

Being a part of a company that values corporate sponsored fitness is great. It shows how much the company cares about its employees’ happiness, health and well-being. Kickboxing has been a perfect class for a corporate setting; it is a fun, active way to learn something new! It is a tough and effective workout, but doesn’t feel like it in the moment since you are enjoying it so much and focusing on learning the steps and technique. The way Cheryl changes the structure of every class keeps me intrigued. She is always laughing and joking and really puts emphasis on making it a fun, welcoming atmosphere! She has no hesitations about taking as much time as needed for people to feel comfortable with the steps and techniques she is teaching and always has us trying new challenging steps and combinations. Corporate sponsored fitness is great for employees especially when they are working long hours at a desk in front of a computer. Kickboxing is definitely a valuable program that is benefiting peoples health and all in all, it’s a fun activity. It’s great to have some physical activities throughout the week to give you a break. It personally makes me feel more energized and I can be more productive at work. My favorite thing about kickboxing is that it is very different from other activities offered and there is always something new to try every class, Keeps things interesting. The instructor Cheryl has been amazing. Always smiling which lightens the mood at 5pm after work. Very helpful in teaching the right techniques.
